Food Trend of the WeekOh My God. We were in South Albania on Tuesday. We had the most succulent ribs ever. It was so krant (our new word). We had Baby Back Snow Leopard ribs! Never have we had anything so succulent and messy. So krant. The ribs were served with a side of Macaroni and Albanian Goat Cheese with a lightly seasoned kale. Meck just couldn't get enough, he needed to two bibs and he rarely eats human food. This was served with the most dry Pinot Noir. Our teeth were fushia and our stomachs were full. You'd think that this was expensive, but since we opened Albania's first Target, we got our meal for free. We're so krant.
